Palm Beach County Victim Services is the county's Florida-certified rape crisis center, serving survivors of sexual assault through free and confidential services. Advocates are available 24 hours a day to provide crisis intervention, emotional support, information and referrals, hospital accompaniment, criminal justice advocacy, individual counseling, and survivor support groups. Survivors can also receive assistance applying for Florida Crime Victim Compensation and navigating the legal process. All services are confidential and trauma-informed.

The Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) coordinates immediate medical care for survivors following a sexual assault. Through specially trained Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANEs), survivors receive compassionate forensic medical exams, emergency medical treatment, STI prevention, pregnancy prevention, and referrals to ongoing advocacy and counseling services in a supportive environment.

Harmony House is the YWCA of Palm Beach County's confidential emergency shelter for survivors of domestic violence and their children. In addition to safe housing, the program provides 24-hour crisis intervention, safety planning, individual and group counseling, case management, legal advocacy for injunctions and protective orders, criminal justice advocacy, transportation assistance, information and referrals, support groups, assistance with Florida Crime Victim Compensation applications, and economic empowerment services such as financial literacy, employment readiness, credit repair, and housing navigation. The YWCA also operates a Rapid Rehousing program to help survivors secure safe, permanent housing after leaving shelter. All services are provided using a survivor-directed, empowerment-based approach by certified domestic violence advocates.
